Six disciplines, one project lead.

What We Do

The full back-of-house, delivered turnkey.

From the first sketch on a napkin to ongoing field service three years after opening — every line of scope below is delivered by people on our payroll, in our shop. No subcontractor chains. No finger-pointing.

01

Restaurant Equipment Supply & Service

Where we started. Still our deepest expertise.

Forty percent of every restaurant is the kitchen — and the kitchen is the equipment. Fifteen years of brand-by-brand specialization let us spec the right gear for the menu, install it cleanly, train the line, and service it for the life of the operation.

Includes: kitchen design & layout, equipment sourcing from trusted brands, professional installation, staff training, preventive maintenance plans, emergency breakdown support, and a spare-parts inventory dispatched fast.

02

Custom Millwork — Built In-House

Our own mill shop on the same campus.

Bar fronts, host stands, banquettes, retail fixtures, custom cabinetry — designed and fabricated in our own millwork shop. Because the millwork team isn't a subcontractor, we control the schedule, the tolerances, and the finish quality from drawing to delivery.

Why in-house matters: faster lead times, single point of accountability, the ability to revise on the fly when site conditions change, and a finish standard you'd expect on a residential renovation — applied to commercial-grade construction.

03

Custom Stainless Steel Fabrication

Our own steel shop on the same campus.

Worktables, prep counters, hoods, shelving, splashbacks, custom enclosures — fabricated to spec in our own stainless steel shop. Tighter tolerances than off-the-shelf, cleaner welds, and the speed advantage of having the fabricator on the same team as the installer.

What this unlocks: bespoke kitchens that fit the floor plan exactly, steel that matches the millwork in radius and reveal, and the freedom to adjust during install instead of issuing a six-week change order.

04

Restaurant Construction & Project Management

From shell to opening-night ready.

End-to-end construction execution and supervision. We coordinate every contractor and vendor, hold the schedule, hold the budget, and report progress weekly so the operator never wonders what's happening on site.

Includes: general construction, subcontractor coordination, permit liaison, timeline & budget management, weekly project updates, punch-list close-out, and operator handover.

05

Service & Maintenance

Owner-fast, not contractor-fast.

The relationship doesn't end at opening. We offer preventive maintenance plans to extend equipment life, fast-response emergency support, and a spare-parts inventory with efficient dispatch — because every aspect is internal, the response time is measured in hours, not days.

Includes: preventive maintenance contracts, 24-hour emergency support, parts inventory & dispatch, recommissioning, and ongoing equipment retrofits.

Our Process

Five phases.
One team.

A predictable rhythm from first conversation to ongoing service. Every phase has a clear owner and clear deliverables — so you always know what's happening and what's next.

01 — DISCOVER

Concept & Brief

We meet on site or at our shop. Menu, footprint, budget, and timeline. We listen first, then map the scope.

02 — DESIGN

Layout & Spec

Kitchen layout, equipment package, millwork drawings, stainless fabrication drawings. Reviewed with you before any steel is cut.

03 — BUILD

Construction & Fabrication

The trades, the millwork, and the stainless run in parallel under one project lead. Weekly updates with photos.

04 — INSTALL

Equipment & Commissioning

Equipment delivered, installed, calibrated, and tested. Staff trained on every machine before opening.

05 — SERVE

Maintenance & Support

Preventive maintenance, emergency response, parts dispatch, and retrofits. The relationship continues.

If a kitchen runs slow on Tuesday at 7pm, the operator shouldn't be on hold with three different vendors. They should be on the phone with one.
